Returns/Exchanges 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase you have selected the correct size and color of your items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

What is your exchange policy?

We will only consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email hello@pinevpplejuice.com for authorization. To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition (un-worn with all tags and labels attached).

ALL ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY. ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONCE PER ORDER.

We are not responsible for shipping fees of exchanged or returned items. 

Shipping & Order Processing 

Orders are usually processed and shipped same day if placed before 5pm EST. However, due to the high demand of orders please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

USPS

USPS Priority shipping is delivered in 1-3 business days dependent upon where you live. (with insurance) 

USPS Express shipping is delivered the next business day anywhere in the US (Orders must be placed before 1 p.m EST) (with insurance)

USPS Priority International shipping is delivered in 6-10 business days dependent upon where you live. (with insurance)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages sent to dead mail, lost or stolen due to an insufficient address. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation.
